RETURN & REFUND

  1. Returns Eligibility: Customers may initiate return products within 4 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any product that is damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
  2. Returns Process: To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team via email-fashionoffbeats@gmail.com or whatsapp-9330485199 with unboxing video and order ID. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number that should be included in the return package. 
  3. Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send an email or whatsapp notification to the customer to confirm the refund. We will refund the original purchase price, including taxes, but excluding shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment or UPI method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
  4. Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges at this time. Customers can return the item(s) and place a new order for a replacement.
  5. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for gift cards, final sale items, or any items purchased outside of our store.
  6. Damaged, Defective or wrong Products: In the rare event that a product is delivered damaged, defective or wrong product, customers should contact our customer service team immediately whatsapp-9330485199 with unboxing video and ORDER ID. We will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer. In this rare event we don't approved without unboxing videos.
